This is unlike any software onboarding you've done. Over 5 live video sessions, your Fuse engineer builds your custom automation system while you watch. You call out what you want changed. You see exactly how it works. You own every piece of it when we're done.

1 hour/week to keep building — use it or lose it

Every week, you get 1 hour of live engineering time to add new automations, connect new tools, or refine what's already running. Book it before end of day Friday for that week's slot. Don't book it? The hour expires — this keeps us moving fast and you accountable.

Weeks run Monday–Friday. Book anytime before 5 PM Friday.

We've found that teams who skip their weekly hour fall behind, start over-automating, and end up never quite getting to the thing that would actually change their business. The expiry keeps both of us honest. One hour a week, every week — that's the pace that compounds.

How to book your weekly slot

You'll get a Calendly link when you sign up. Pick any time Monday–Friday. As long as you confirm before 5 PM Friday, the hour counts for that week. We send you a reminder every Monday morning so you never forget to book.

Frequently asked

Can I split my 5 onboarding hours into 1 hour per week?
Yes — many clients do 5 × 1-hour sessions over 5 weeks. You can also do 2+2+1, or all 5 at once. Whatever works for your team's schedule. We adapt to you, not the other way around.
What if I miss my Friday booking deadline?
The weekly hour simply rolls over and you start fresh the next week. We don't penalize you — but we also can't bank them. It's one hour per week, period. This keeps the pace intentional and prevents backlogs.
Do I need IT or technical staff for the onboarding?
No. Most of our clients are loan officers and branch managers with zero technical background. We do all the setup — you just answer questions about your current workflow. If we need API credentials or system access, we'll walk you through exactly how to get them.
What happens after I've used my 5 onboarding hours?
Your system is live and running. From that point, your 1 hr/week sessions are for adding features, new integrations, or refining automations based on what you're learning in the field. Most clients find they have a growing wishlist after their system goes live — the weekly hour is how you keep building.
